  • CFP Graduate Certificate Program - Classroom Option

    Overview

    Fee: If registering by July 23: $4,695   
    After July 23: $4,895   
    Fee does not include cost of texts, approximately $800, or other required equipment; discounts available for groups of three or more from the same organization when registering together.

    The CFP Graduate Certificate Program - Classroom Option is delivered in a traditional classroom on the Rice campus. Face-to-face contact with peers and instructors provides the best environment in which to learn and interact with others. Most exams are delivered online. 

    The program meets on Tuesday evenings for three hours and on a few Saturdays for six hours. Consisting of seven courses, the program can be completed in approximately nine months. Classes are taught in succession, not simultaneously.

    • Tax Planning 
    • Retirement and Employee Benefits Planning 
    • Estate Planning 
    • Case Studies 

    Required equipment: Participants must have access to a computer and the Internet.

    The Glasscock School of Continuing Studies is a Registered CPE Course Provider

    We have registered with the Texas State Board of Accountancy (Registration no. 600) to meet the requirements of the continuing professional education rules covering maintenance of attendance records, retention of program outlines, qualifications of instructors, program content, physical facilities and length of class hours.
