Macromedia Fireworks MX is a popular, full-featured Web design package that enables users to create professional quality images, buttons, and objects for optimization and publication on the Web. It is well integrated with the other major Macromedia Web packages, Dreamweaver® and Flash®, and can be used to increase productivity in website design. Through lectures as well as hands-on computer lab experiences, participants will learn how to use this powerful tool to create, process, optimize, and export interactive graphics to the Web. Participants will also create and process images compatible with the Web while learning about different file formats and the related basics of image and color theory. Familiarity with HTML or Dreamweaver is helpful. Participants will work in a computer lab at individual workstations operating on a Windows® operating system. Who Should Attend
