Introduction to Microsoft Project®

A comprehensive introduction to Microsoft Project as a tool for planning and executing projects of small and large magnitude. Grounded in the concepts of best practices of project management, this course will lead participants through defining tasks, scheduling milestones, and assigning both personnel and financial resources necessary to implement a project. Participants will also learn how to create and customize specific reports.
