BIOGRAPHY
Andy Rodriguez, senior program administrator, Center for Community Learning and Engagement, provides support to community participants and instructors and manages a wide range of responsibilities related to course operations and student services. Andy first joined the Glasscock School staff in 1999 and has held a variety of roles with professional, education and other programs. Working with the Center for Community Learning and Engagement offers Andy the wonderful opportunity of interacting with some of the most educated, creative and inspiring faculty and community experts. Being a conduit to the community allows her to engage with those wanting to experience learning for the sake of learning. Andy serves on the Glasscock School Communications Committee, the Destiny (registration system) Users’ Group and the Coordinators and Specialist Group. She holds a B.S. in Technical Communication from the University of Houston-Downtown. Andy is also an active community volunteer and has served as a Girl Scout troop leader since 2008. Andy was the recipient of the first annual Mary McIntire Staff Excellence Award in 2017.
