Dorothy Scrutchin
Leadership in Action provided the foundation for nonprofit executive directors to grow and build leadership capacity while working in the field.

The coursework and workshops were applicable and could immediately be implemented into practice. Somehow, future situations would arise that we'd covered in a session, and I found myself using materials to help formulate strategic plans. Leadership in Action helped me find strength in my leadership skills as a new executive director."

One of the unique things that LINE offers that other programs did not was the opportunity of a cohort.

You are with the same people throughout the program, and you put all of those people together in a room, and add the actual instructors, you have so many years of experience and diverse backgrounds to learn from."
